With the travel season on hold and no opportunity for prospects entering their final year of high school to play in front of college coaches to earn scholarships, LakePoint Hoops wants to put the spotlight on the Class of 2021. Each day over the next few weeks we will be profiling a top prospect in Georgia in hopes of helping prospects generate buzz with college coaches.
Up next in the LakePoint Hoops Class of 2021 Spotlight Series…
Max Hrdlicka
Position: Shooting Guard/Small Forward
Height: 6’6”
High School: Glynn Academy
Travel Team: Atlanta Timberwolves
Scholarship Offers: North Florida
Scouting Report: Hrdlicka had a big high school season for Glynn Academy and emerged as one of the sleeper prospects in Georgia down in Brunswick. He has great size for a wing and his playing style offers a lot of versatility on both ends. He’s athletic enough to defend on the perimeter and big and strong enough to defend bigger wings and forwards. Offensively, he can knock down a three or finish above the rim. He should have a lot of college coaches tracking him this summer when travel ball resumes.
